Enki IQ at a Glance

Enki IQ at a glance

Enki IQ is an AI-native sales workspace for account executives. It pulls every account in your territory, scores them, researches them, surfaces the buyer signals worth acting on, and rides along into every call so you walk in prepared and walk out with the deal moving. This article gives you the map: what each surface does and how they connect.

What you get

When you sign in, your home is the Dashboard. It shows today's meeting agenda, an action queue of deals that need attention, and three portal cards that lead into the main work surfaces: Pipeline, Territory, and Foresight. Widgets on the Dashboard surface daily intelligence pulled from across the product, and you choose which ones stay visible.

Every piece of work in Enki IQ is anchored to one of three entities. An account is a company in your territory. A contact is a person at an account. An opportunity is an active pursuit at an account, which can reference one or more contacts as champion, economic buyer, or other stakeholders. Most of the AI in Enki IQ targets one of these three entities.

The main surfaces

Territory is your command center. It scores every account in your book on a dimensional rubric, sorts them into Tier 1 through Tier 4, generates a written territory plan with an execution playbook, and tracks which accounts deserve your attention this week. You can regenerate the plan, override tier assignments, and confirm key decision makers from here. See "Territory and scoring" for the full breakdown.

Accounts lists every company in your territory in a grid or table you can filter, sort, and bulk-edit. Drill into any account to see firmographics, deep research across six sections (Overview, Financials, Strategy, Market, People, Sales), competitive intel, foresights, and opportunities. The account detail page is where you kick off most research jobs. See "Account research" for what each tier produces.

Contacts lists every person across all your accounts. Each contact has a profile, a buying role, an influence level, optional enrichment from Apollo, and optional research. From a contact you can run deep research, schedule a meeting, or convert directly to an opportunity. See "Contact research" for what comes back per tier.

Foresight is Enki IQ's signal engine. A foresight is a strategic thesis about a specific buyer's pain, complete with supporting evidence, a pain lifecycle stage from latent to crisis, a confidence score, a timing window, and a pursuit playbook you can hand a rep. The Foresight Dashboard lists every active foresight; the detail page is where you work one. See "Foresight" for the full taxonomy of signal types.

Meeting Room is the live call workspace. Once a meeting starts, Enki IQ transcribes it in real time, tracks MEDDPICC coverage as you talk, suggests discovery questions based on what has and hasn't been covered, builds a pain ladder, and produces a post-call summary with deal-health updates. See "Meeting Room" for layout modes and integrations.

Calendar is a Google Calendar view inside the product. You can scan upcoming events, link an event to an opportunity or discovery call, and create new events without leaving Enki IQ.

Market Intel is a daily roll-up of news, market signals, and competitive movement scoped to the accounts in your territory. It appears as widgets on the Dashboard and as a sidebar on Territory. See "Market intelligence" for what gets pulled.

Competitive Intel gives you a cross-territory picture of every competitor relationship surfaced in research, with risk levels, opportunity overlap, battle cards, and head-to-head comparison matrices. See "Competitive intelligence" for the full surface.

How it all fits together

The flow is a loop. You finish onboarding and Enki IQ produces a scored territory and a written plan. You work the plan from the Territory page, drilling into accounts and contacts as needed. As you research accounts, foresights surface and competitors are identified. Foresights convert to opportunities. Opportunities show up in the Pipeline, ride with you into the Meeting Room, and update themselves with each call. Every result is searchable and recoverable across sessions.

Long jobs survive page refresh. When you click "Generate" on a piece of work that takes more than a few seconds, Enki IQ starts the job on a background worker and shows you a progress loader. You can leave the page, refresh, or come back tomorrow; the job continues and the result appears when ready. Clicking "Generate" a second time while a job is already running adopts the existing job rather than starting a duplicate.

Search across the product is semantic, not just keyword. Every account, contact, opportunity, and piece of research you save is embedded into a vector index scoped to you. Related-account suggestions, related-foresight hints, and the universal search bar all draw from this. Your embeddings stay private to you; nothing is shared across users.

Your billing plan provisions monthly quotas for the most expensive operations: Account Deep Research, Contact Deep Research, standard contact enrichments, Foresights, and Territory Plans. You can see remaining quota at any time in Settings.

Under the hood

For developer-curious readers: research in Enki IQ splits two responsibilities across two model families. Gemini does the research itself: Gemini Deep Research for the highest-tier accounts and contacts, Gemini Pro plus BrightData for everything else, and Gemini Flash with Google Search for news and market intel. Claude does the formatting: it takes raw findings and parses them into the structured JSON the UI consumes. Foresight reasoning, MEDDPICC interpretation, and post-call summarization also run on Claude. Voyage AI generates the embeddings that power semantic search.

Third-party integrations include Apollo for contact enrichment, Zoom for video and live audio, Google Calendar for scheduling, Deepgram for transcription and voice, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for billing. All AI traffic to Anthropic models is routed through Google Vertex AI.
